As I am short and stout, I have always gone for a bag that was rectangular and taller as per your advice. So many times I have asked salespeople if a particular bag suits my figure and they always answer in the positive (only because they wish to make the sale). I knew what suited me and I finally found the perfect bag (and the perfect salesperson) who said the bag suited my frame. I love the bag and always use it.
