I purchased a Gucci Diaper Bag on eBay and when I received it, it was clearly fake. I went through this whole process and I am still out my $500 from the seller. eBay sided with the seller. I will not purchase or sell on eBay again.

eBay actually sent me a shipping label to send the item back to the seller but it was a different address than where the seller sent it to me. I questioned eBay on this and they said it is the seller's responsibility to update their information. Well of course the seller never signed for the package and I finally received it back about 3 weeks later. By that time it was too late. I have appealed my case twice and have not gotten any recourse with eBay. I would say, Buyer Beware and do not rely on their Buyer Protection Policy, which has failed in my case.
